Real Estate Photography Rates

Fotographix photographs most real estate listings in Calgary for the low rate of $125.00 + GST*. Listings with more than 2000 sq ft will be charged at a higher rate. See below.

  • under 2500 sq.ft. - $125.00 + GST
  • 2500-3500 sq.ft. - $200.00 + GST
  • 3500-5000 sq.ft. - $325.00 + GST
  • Over 5000 sq.ft. - $500.00 + GST

Airdrie & Okotoks

A $50.00 travel fee will be applied to properties outside the Calgary city limits, such as Airdrie and Okotoks. For real estate listings in rural Alberta please call (403) 398-6713 for a quote.

Twilight Photography & Luxury Homes

Beautiful homes and made even more spectacular when photographed under the right lighting conditions. Our starting rate for luxury home photography is $500.00 + GST. Please call (403) 398-6713 for details.

 

What's Included?

Fotographix provides a high level of service to our realtor clients and home sellers. We are professional and courteous as we interact with sellers and always respectful of the fact that we are in someone's home. Standard deliverables include:

  • 40-60 high resolution, full-frame digital photographs
  • Colour correction, light balancing and cropping
  • Easy downloading from Fotographix website
  • 24hr turn-around time or less

Photoshop Advanced Editing

Fotographix is able to make very sophisticated edits to key photos when required. For example, during winter months the sky is often gray and unappealing. Fotographix can add blue sky and clouds or turn brown grass green using Photoshop. Our rate for advanced photo editing is $125/h.
